The Meaning of Passover: Fulfilled in Christ

Talofa family, Passover is clearly a monumental and important event in the Old Testament. It shows the commands given by God for the nation of Israel in captivity for them to escape the coming judgement that will sweep Egypt, killing their firstborns.
Most Christians have heard the story, have acted it out at a church skit or seen it on a TV cartoon or program. However some don’t know the beauty of the symbolism of Passover in relation to the person of Jesus Christ. What was hidden and prophesied in the Old Testament, Jesus has revealed and fulfilled in the New Testament.
Hope this blesses you fam as we come up to Easter, not only to remember the reason but to fully understand biblically why we commemorate it.
Blessings ✝️
